Our services

Heritage Brick and Stone Restoration.

We specialize in heritage brick and stone masonry restoration. We work with existing masonry, carefully matching new work to what is already there. Whether you are restoring an original facade, rebuilding a failing chimney, altering a window opening, adding an addition, or building something entirely new, the approach stays the same: understand the building, respect its materials, and do a damn good job.

Facade Restoration

Work can include brick matching and replacement, repointing with proper materials for the masonry units being used, traditional tuckpointing where the original design calls for it, relaying failed arches, or redoing that ugly patch that’s been done and redone for years.

New Masonry and Additions

Not every project is about restoring an existing wall. We offer new masonry, additions, and alterations, using entirely new units or a blend of reclaimed and new.

Heritage restoration or new construction. Build for the building you want.

Window and Door Alterations

Change the opening. Keep the character.

An opening can be made, enlarged, reduced, or closed while maintaining the beauty and history of your home.

Chimney Restoration and Rebuilding

Chimneys take the rain, snow, heat, and cold. Mortar fails, bricks spall, and caps crumble.

Masonry Cleaning

Clean it without erasing it.

Brick and stone pick up weather, dirt, growth, staining, paint, and old treatments. The method follows the material and the soiling.
